Non-Refundable, But Flexible

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Want to gift yours to someone else? Just let us know, and we’ll happily transfer it.

Mother Nature Calls the Shots

Pickup dates may shift due to weather, bloom timing, or growing conditions. We’ll keep you posted via email, so check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!).

Your Bouquet, Your Responsibility

Can’t make it? Send a friend to grab your blooms! Unclaimed bouquets will be donated — because flowers deserve love, not neglect.

Crop Challenges

Sometimes, Mother Nature has other plans. In the rare event of crop failure, we’ll do our best to source beautiful blooms from other local growers so your subscription stays dreamy.
