Join Candice, owner of Yoga Nation in Red Deer, for a soul-soothing evening session. Picture this: golden hour glow, birds chirping, you doing warrior pose next to a patch of dahlias. You’ll move, you’ll breathe, and you’ll feel at peace after (even if just for an hour). Afterward, grab some snips and go into full flower mode—cut your own bouquet straight from the field.
Event #2: Mackenzie Miller
Saturday, August 31 | 10 AM–12 PM
Rise, shine, and align with Mackenzie, Red Deer’s radiant yoga queen. This one’s for the early birds who like their sun salutations served with a side of fresh air and flower petals. Bonus: nothing says “I’ve got my act together” like leaving a yoga class with a bouquet you picked yourself. Treat yourself.
